Octavius Wedge Fuzz
An effect made famous by Jimi Hendrix on songs like Purple Haze and Who Knows that creates a doubling octave that becomes prominent the higher up the neck you go.
With the volume dialed to Max and the Fuzz turn down using the bridge pickup on your guitar you can create ring mod sounds that really pops out. With the fuzz flat out it greats some thick fuzz sounds.
Its an effect you have to give time to get the best out of. Its a very touch sensitive effect so you need to Learn its sweet spots and what can and can not do. Once you master it its a pure additive sound.
This is a true analogue octave so if you’re after a more uniform octave then go for a digital octave pedal like a EHX Pog or Digitech Whammy.

I own #7 and having played almost every octave pedal over the years I can honestly say that this has THE sound we all want. On top of that the pedal is beautifully made and features a discreet led which you may feel you don’t need but is very useful if you run the Octavius into a fuzz. I really can’t stress enough how good this pedal is. I have found my octave holy grail.
